This is a question for your doctor, not strangers on the internet.

What is the degree of severity?

I have MVP, but it’s slight and I travel long distances regularly. I have no regurgitation.

I think it’s going to depend on how bad your MVP is. I have MVP and I have flown from the U.S. to Europe numerous times. I’ve also taken more domestic flights than I can remember. I’ve never experienced any issues. I’m 43 btw.

You need to speak to your cardiologist just to be safe. You could most likely find out over the phone.

depend if you have significant mitral regurgitation or not but your symptoms can be improved by beta blockers if you do not any contraindication. You need to check with your doctor
