I forgot to change my 2nd birth control patch until it was 2 days late. I put on a new one but had some withdrawal bleeding/spotting for a 2 or 3 days. Now a week later, I took the patch off for my patch-off week and am having horrible cramps with bleeding. Does this mean for sure I’m not pregnant, or could I have gotten pregnant from that mistake?

You’re probably on your period. I have lots of friends on the patch and this always happens to them.
