It can indicate dehydration. And if you are taking certain meds/supplements it can change the color. But why not get it checked out? They can do that right in the doctor’s office with a urine specimen.
Not always. Dark yellow urine can also mean too much soda or anything. The only way to be sure is to have a ‘urine dip’. A test most Dr’s can do right in the office.
