I’ve been to the dentist and have been on antibiotics for 5 days, but the infection is still in the bone and won’t come to the surface to be drained. The dentist cant see me for another 2 1/2 months, and this pain is unbearable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..

My advice is to go find another dentist, if he can’t see you for that long then you need treatment somewhere else. Tell him that and look for another dentist if he can’t take care of you. That is just an unreasonable amount of time to wait.
Swishing with warm salt water will help. Give the antibiotics a chance. They usually run for 10 days. Make sure you take every last one of them. If you have insurance you can go to your local emergency room for help or find another dentist who deals with emergencies. If you are having pain I can’t believe your regular dentist won’t see you. Call his office and let them know you are in pain. They can’t leave you like that.
