in Tennis Elbow
I have two weeks left of my volleyball season, and I don’t want to rest it until the season is over. Will I get tendinitis before season is over?

Tendonitis and tennis elbow are the same thing.
wrap your elbow in raw bacon and you will be safe.
It’s the same thing, essentially.
Just get an air brace for it. You can find them at any local drug store, and most grocery stores.
It’s a small velcro-ish band that goes around your arm right below the elbow and doesn’t keep you from playing.
Check it out. It’s worked for me at least 10 times and helps me stay active through the pain.
Also, pop a few Bayer aspirin tablets.
As for time to heal, it ranges.
Tennis elbow is already a tendinitis.
If you still want to play you can have your elbow/forearm taped by a PT to minimize movement ot the tendon and pain
