Your facts are incorrect:
An American study has shown that glucosamine (often prescribed for joint problems) may cause insulin resistance.
The high amounts of ordinary sucrose (i.e., table sugar) in the typical developed-world diet do not have a causative effect on the development of insulin resistance. Vitamin D deficiency is also associated with insulin resistance.
The primary treatment for insulin resistance is exercise and weight loss. Metformin has become one of the more commonly prescribed medications for insulin resistance, and currently a newer drug, exenatide (marketed as Byetta), is being used.
Eliminating sugar is neither the cause or the treatment!
get the a1c test, it’s easy.
If your blood sugar is normal, then your blood sugar is not the cause of your dizziness. Do you have hypotension with standing? do you have an inner ear problem? Do you have anemia? Dizziness is the symptom of many things not just blood sugar issues.
