I have had the mumps for about a week and its killing me. Im a 16 year old male and i would just like something tht is good to ease the pain other then moltrin and other pills. Does any one know anything?

My grandma gave me molasses it helped a little. but kyro syrup diluted in a little water would probably work as good.
