Help! I have an appointment tomorrow for my husband and I to see the first ultrasound of our baby and I am already very anxious (when I should really be excited). I have a huge fear and never liked to go to the doctors my blood pressure soars and my heart races when I get there and the nurse always makes a big deal of it. Has anyone else gone through this while pregnant? Did you have any complications? How did your doctor react to your high blood pressure and pulse? Thank you for any help you can give!

you just need to relax and remember nothings gona hurt

The ultrasound will be easy. Your bladder will be so full that the only thought in your head will be urinating when the ultrasound is over.

By the time you deliver your baby you should no longer have any fear of doctors. I’m serious.
