Well, from someone who gets frequent UTI’s, my symptoms include:
1) frequent urination– like every 5 minutes
2) sometimes feeling like my bladder is so full it will explode but not being able to push any urine out
3) bladder spasms
4) redness, swelling, irritation, itching in my vaginal area

Other than the most obvious symptoms…the last time I had one after I urinated I would feel pressure in my stomach.
