I’m applying to due to being in a sanitorium(tuberculosis) as a child for 2 yrs -age 2 – 4 and then placed in numerous foster homes until the age of 7 and then lastly being adopted by a neglectful aunt and uncle (deceased)whom never took me to the doctor anyway? I don’t know the name of any of the organizations involved in my care as a child.

Get tested to see if you are immune, or you’ll have to get the immunizations
If you know where you were born or resided from ages 0-7, you can contact the County Health Department in this area. they should have a record of your immunizations. If not, the school should have a vaccinaiton schedule so you can get them done. there are also tests that can be done to see if you are immune to the viruses.
