I am 5’10″ 185 lbs. male, 19 yrs old.
Whenever I eat healthy food, or even decent food, I feel OK.
If I eat sugarry carbs, sweets, breads, etc. then I feel extremely hot and usually need to get into some shorts and lay down. It usually keeps me up at night even if I eat sweets (cookies, processed carbs, etc) within a few hours of going to bed.
I usually don’t eat until night. I drink lo-carb energy drinks in the day, and take 1- 25mg sleeping pill of diephenhidramine (sp?) to sleep at night. My stomach doesn’t always feel too great.
I smoke 12-17 cigarettes a day. no alcohol. no drugs.
I can take a sleeping pill at midnight and normally fall asleep by 2am. if I snack on anything until 2, then it will keep me up and feeling hot, clammy, and restless until 4am or something.
I dont eat like a ton of sweets, but I have extreme cravings at night for something to eat and snack on, for example a few oreos or something.
Anyone know whats going on?

first of all get some nicorettes patches
now cut out the sugary things and never eat them at night anyway it gives you so much energy no wonder you can’t sleep and get hot
you need to eat sensible during the day with a small meal at night around 6pm and nothing to drink after 8.30pm and definitely no sugary things at all save your money and your heart and stay healthy
